Hi there – I am running a 10k a month to raise money for a hospice close to my heart, and was just wondering if you have a rule about running in this race if you are fundraising for another charity? Many thanks, Ellie

      Hi Ellie
No problem but any support for the Nippy Ventilator Drive would be much appreciated.

My two daughters aged 8 & 11 want to do the 3k run. I am doing the 10k. Can they run in their own? They run regularly & participate on their own at park runs.
